Food Safe & Functional

Finished with a food-safe finish, this bowl is well suited for serving dry foods such as nuts, candy, crackers, and snacks.

Because spalted wood can contain natural cracks, voids, and irregularities, this particular style of bowl is best suited for dry foods rather than liquids or very wet foods.

Naturally One of a Kind

Spalting creates the distinctive dark lines and color variations naturally found throughout the wood. These patterns, along with other natural characteristics, ensure that no two bowls will ever be exactly alike.
